The Living Waters Outreach Center is Located in Petersburg, VA. Overseer Bishop Robinson followed the Instruction of God and began an Outreach Ministry that would serve the community, be a place of refuge and reconciliation, and a place where the Gospel may be experienced so that God may add to the church daily!
